Sonja is an Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Exercise and Movement Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. She has special interests in musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, cancer support, and pre/post-natal exercise. Sonja is passionate about delivering personalised, high-quality care to help patients achieve their health and recovery goals.

Exercise Physiologist
Kait is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who graduated from QUT in 2021. She has experience in post-operative management, athlete development, injury prevention, and musculoskeletal conditions. Kait has a strong focus on neurological conditions, particularly paediatric developmental disorders. Her goal is to exercise, educate, and empower patients to achieve their goals.

Exercise Physiologist
Shei graduated with first-class honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Queensland in 2022. She has a special interest in adapted physical activity for paediatric neurological conditions and hydrotherapy. Shei also works with musculoskeletal conditions, chronic diseases, and complex neurological issues. She is passionate about empowering patients to achieve their health goals through patient-centred care.

Renee is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2024. With over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, she has a special interest in women’s health, oncology, and diabetes management. Renee also holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and has worked as a nutritionist. She is passionate about improving quality of life through exercise and integrated care.
